Joe, you may not be able to hear me, but our brief encounter at the last reunion gave me a sense that you had your "ticket" when the train left the station; and if that's the case, I'll see you on the other side. 1 John 5:12

Hey Jeff, I was thinking about you and Teri recently & as I read of Joe's passing, saw you had a birthday. At this point we can agree "everyday's a gift". Since I'm a July baby, all I have to do to see what I'll look like in 6 months is look at you or Jim Collard!
I just got the golf update from Mike. I was hoping the green fees had not changed from the $2.75 I remember because my parents have cut off my allowance. I guess I'll have to mow a few extra lawns in the neighborhood to pay my way. Maybe, if you rent a golf cart, I could sit on the back; but it will need to be a off-road golf cart to enable me to find my ball.

Glad to hear you're coming, really enjoyed having a few minutes to visit with you and (John?) at our 50th. Please thank your "army" in allowing you to go A.W.O.L on the 17th!

So Mike, I haven't picked up a golf club in 30 years; please keep that in mind as you put together the foursomes. I'm trying to figure out if I can play with a paper bag over my head, so as not to be recognized. I will be happy to provide paper bags for others in my foursome. I'm hoping to find a seven iron I threw in one of the ponds 55 years ago. Please don't put me to close to Engler, I don't think I'll be able to handle the gloating from him waving his score card in my face. PS- Is the ban on liquor on the course still in place? As I remember, some of us thought that it would give us an edge.

Happy, Happy birthday to a great soul; since you popped out 5 months before me, what's it like to have gained all that added wisdom?

Happy Birthday nurse Suzy. Join me in the pledge: "I intend to live forever; so far, so good."
Happy Birthday to my good friend! I remember we were just a couple of months apart. Remember, birthday's are Nature;s way of reminding you to eat more cake.
Happy Birthday Bob. You're still a young man with a bus ticket and a dream. I'm guessing your 69, you don't look old enough to be 70.
Happy belated birthday Jim. I'm always reminded of Bob Hope's famous line on one of his birthdays when he said "You know you're getting older when the candles cost more than the cake". Bless your day. Gil :

I was on both ends of those froggings you referred to, some crazy times. Sounds like things have really changed for you since our high school days. Good for you. Still have fond memories of the old days and sometimes wonder how we made it through alive. Good luck, Gil.
