Carroll, Paula Joyce
66 of Phoenix, passed away on September 19, 2014. Paula was born March 21, 1948 in Warren, Ohio. Paula passed away as she lived her life; in peace and surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents Paul John and Genevieve Mae Zubko. She is survived by her children; Jeffrey Michael Carroll (Becky) and Courtney C. Carroll, her siblings; Arnie Zubko (Donna), Andi Zubko, and Jim Zubko (Trudy), her grandchildren; Maitreya Carroll and Genevieve Carroll, and a niece; Katherine Zubko.
Visitation was held Monday September 22 at 5 PM at AL Moore Grimshaw Mortuary. A Celebration of Life with a Memorial Mass to follow will be held today, Tuesday September 23 at 9:30 AM, at St. Gregory Parish, 3424 N 18th Ave Phoenix, AZ 85015. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of the Valley , 1510 E Flower St. Phoenix, AZ 85014.
